The rapid transition towards eco-friendly packaging technologies demands a skilled, specialized workforce capable of operating bio-resin extruders, managing industrial composting units, and conducting inline quality control. As part of our Section 8 working sectors, BCPAI conducts specialized vocational training workshops and certification modules.

- Bio-Resin Blending & Extrusion: Temperature profile optimization, moisture control, and bubble stability in blown film lines.
- Statutory Quality Assurance: Performing melt flow index (MFI) tests, tensile strength testing, and biodegradation sample logging.
- Green Entrepreneurship: Setting up small and medium-scale compostable bag manufacturing units, licensing procedures, and market linkage.
